Habitat Conservation Plan for Western Snowy Plovers (HCP)
Final HCP will go to the Oregon Parks and Recreation Commission at their May meeting
The Commission will decide whether the HCP is complete and ready to be submitted to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
The Habitat Conservation Plan (HCP) is a federal planning process that can provide OPRD with protection from federal actions for approved activities for Oregon's Ocean Shores. OPRD has hired Jones & Stokes to complete the HCP.
