Biofuel Consumer Income Tax Credits – House Bill 2210
 
This notice updates the schedule of Administrative Rulemaking for Biofuel Consumer Income Tax Credits in House Bill 2210.  The Public Hearing, noticed in the October 1 Secretary of States Bulletin, is rescheduled as an Advisory Committee Meeting and the Formal Public Hearing is now scheduled for November 16, as shown in the schedule below.
 

This Administrative Rulemaking pertains only to the Biofuel Consumer Income Tax Credits in SECTIONS 26, 27 and 28.   For consumer tax credits, the bill applies to purchase and use of qualified Oregon biofuel after January 1, 2007.
